In providing wireless broadband services, Conexon comes with a set of integrated industry standard APIs and Gateways that support the upstream and downstream transmission of information across multi-vendor technologies. Provisioning data services across a host of wireless network devices, Conexon seamlessly integrates with key OSS/BSS applications including industry leading subscriber management and billing systems to provide a complete end-to-end solution across the operator's wireless broadband network.

High Performance
With Conexon's core high performance and scalable provisioning platform, service operators can rapidly bundled IP services across their wireless broadband network. Conexon's Product Catalogue module allows providers define and create customized service packages and bundles that meet their unique business and marketing requirements. An integrated Managed Service Module captures and stores all information related to all services assigned to individual subscribers. This enables the quick retrieval of service related information whenever needed.

Pre-Paid Service
With Conexon's Pre-Paid Service Module, operators can offer wireless broadband services on a prepaid basis, gaining access to potential new subscriber markets. PrePaid wireless broadband services can be offered in conjunction with contract services and there is provision for easy migration from prepaid to a postpay contract.

Self Provisioning
A Self Provisioning/Self Care Module integrated with the Conexon platform enables subscribers view and manage how they use wireless services. They can easily upgrade to a new service package such as higher speed broadband access or view details of their current subscription and usage history.

Quality of Service (QoS)
A suite of QoS Modules including network diagnostics and monitoring in addition to trouble ticketing that comes integrated with the Conexon platform enables operators monitor and measure performance across all wireless services. Potential problems associated with service delivery or associated network performance and capacity can be easily identified. A Trouble Ticketing Module provides for the creation of problem tickets, which can be easily managed and tracked right through to resolution.
