It also provides integrated support for leading OSS/BSS solutions delivering a complete end-to-end solution for the service provider. Support for multiple technologies and vendor solutions protect existing investment and ensures support for new services and technologies can be easily integrated with minimal change to the overall service provisioning and management platform.
Product Catalogue Module
With an integrated Product Catalogue Module included with Conexon, operators can easily define and create VoIP service packages either independently or part of an end-to end service offering to include data, TV/Video and wireless services. This provides the service operator with the flexibility and design to customize service packages to fit their business and market requirements.
Managed Services Module
In addition to Conexon's high-performance provisioning functionality, operators can avail of suite of integrated modules that enable operators manage how they deliver and operate services across their subscriber base. A Managed Services Module captures and stores all relevant information related to the VoIP service packages created for individual users. This ensures service information for specific subscribers cab be easily retrieved when needed.
Self Provisioning/Self Care Modules
Providing greater flexibility and choice to subscribers in how they use VoIP services is easy with Conexon's Self Provisioning/Self Care Modules. Individual subscribers can easily view and manage their individual VoIP service packages and make changes such as upgrading to a new package or adding a new data or gaming service or block access to certain telephone numbers.
Pre-Paid Service Module
With Conexon's Pre-Paid Service Module, operators can offer VoIP services on a prepaid basis, gaining access to potential new subscriber markets. PrePaid VoIP services can be offered in conjunction with contract services and there is provision for easy migration from prepaid to a postpay contract.
Quality of Service(QoS)
Quality of Service(QoS) is a key requirement for VoIP services. With Conexon's QoS tools, service providers can be assured they have the necessary bandwidth and capacity to deliver quality VoIP services to their customers. Conexon's Bandwidth on Demand Module assigns the appropriate level of priority bandwidth needed for VoIP services.
Network Monitoring and Diagnostics
Network Monitoring and Diagnostics tools, which come integrated with the Conexon platform provide service providers with the ability to proactively measure and manage the level of service quality they are delivering as part of their VoIP services. Combined with a Trouble Ticketing Module, potential problems such as a failed connection can be easily detected and resolved before it escalates into an unacceptable user experience for a subscriber. This enables service providers manage how subscribers experience their services helping contribute to an optimal level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
