In addition to fixed and cable networks, Interactive Enterprise delivers support for its Conexon service provisioning and management solution across satellite networks.

High Performance
With Conexon's core high performance and scalable provisioning platform, satellite operators can rapidly deploy high-speed data, voice, TV, IPTV and wireless services across their subscriber base. Conexon's Product Catalogue module allows satellite providers define and create "quad play" service packages and bundles that meet their unique business and marketing requirements. An integrated Managed Service Module captures and stores all information related to all satellite services assigned to individual subscribers. This enables the quick retrieval of service related information whenever needed.

API's & Gateways
In delivering satellite services, Conexon comes with a set of integrated industry standard APIs and Gateways that support the upstream and downstream transmission of information across multi-vendor technologies. Provisioning data services across a host of network devices such as satellites, satellite dishes, CPE, DHCP Servers, , Conexon seamlessly integrates with key OSS/BSS applications including industry leading subscriber management and billing systems to provide a complete end-to-end solution across the satellite operator's network.

In addition to provisioning satellite services, Conexon also provides a number of integrated modules that enable satellite operators efficiently manage how they deliver satellite services to their subscriber base.

Self Provisioning
A Self Provisioning/Self Care Module integrated with the Conexon platform enables subscribers view and manage how they use satellite services. They can easily upgrade to a new service package such as higher speed broadband access or view details of their current subscription and usage history.

Smart Scheduler
Operators either directly or by providing self-provisioning capabilities can easily schedule the activation and deactivation of satellite services using Conexon's Smart Scheduler Module. Together with Conexon, the Smart Scheduler Module provides the individual subscriber with the ability to manage how the use an operator's satellite services.

Quality of Service (QoS)
A suite of QoS Modules including network diagnostics and monitoring in addition to trouble ticketing that comes integrated with the Conexon platform enables operators monitor and measure performance across all satellite services. Potential problems associated with service delivery or associated network performance and capacity can be easily identified. A Trouble Ticketing Module provides for the creation of problem tickets, which can be easily managed and tracked right through to resolution.
