With greater competition in the provision of broadband services, quality of service is becoming an important factor for subscribers in deciding, which service provider to sign up with. Conexon provides a suite of Quality of Service(QoS) modules that optimise service delivery and customer satisfaction.

An integrated Bandwidth on Demand Module enables operators assign appropriate bandwidth for applications such as VoIP and gaming. Bandwidth can be assigned to individual customers, groups of customers as well as service packages according to the specific QoS policies established by the operator. This ensures the subscriber has an optimal customer experience when using bandwidth intense applications. Conexon also comes with a Bandwidth Qualifier Module, which is used to check that a subscriber's PC is capable of handling bandwdith intense applications when they subscribe to new service packages. Again this ensures the subscriber has an optimal customer experience by proactively identifying and resolving issues that could prevent subscribers from using services.
