Conexon Overview

With support for leading industry broadband standards, Conexon including DOCSIS, PCMM, SIP and IMS, Conexon allows for the rapid activation of services across the operator's customer base helping maximize revenue generation and market share. An integrated Product Catalogue allows operators define and create services according to their specific business and market needs.

Conexon comes with a set of integrated industry standard APIs and Gateways that support the upstream and downstream transmission of information across multi-vendor technologies This ensures the protection of existing network investment and provides seamless integration for new technology that may be added at a later stage. Conexon not only enables broadband operators rapidly provision services but also comes with a suite of add-on management modules that help operators effectively manage how subscribers use these services.

Conexon's integrated modules primarily focus on managing the customer experience so that operators can maximize revenue generation and customer loyalty. An integrated Product Catalogue stores all information related to the specific services assigned to individual subscribers. This enables the quick retrieval of service related information whenever needed. A Self Provisioning/Self Care Module enables subscribers view and manage how they use services. They can easily upgrade to a new service package or view details of their current subscription and usage history.

With Conexon's Pre-Paid Service Module, operators can tap into new market segments by offering services on a pre-paid basis in addition to normal subscriber contracts. Pre-paid services can be easily offered on an on-going basis or designed on a promotional basis like a "try and buy".

A suite of QoS Modules including network diagnostics and monitoring in addition to trouble ticketing that comes integrated with the Conexon platform enables operators monitor and measure performance across all services. Potential problems associated with service delivery or associated network performance and capacity can be easily identified. A Trouble Ticketing Module provides for the creation of problem tickets, which can be easily managed and tracked right through to resolution.
