With an integrated set of highly defined APIs and Gateways that cover a host of leading vendor technologies, Conexon can rapidly provision TV and video service across a number of different elements including Conditional Access Systems (CAS), Set Top Boxes (STBs) and other gateways,video application servers and policy servers. Integrated support is also provided for leading OSS/BSS applications including Subscriber Management Systems (SMS) and billing giving the service provider a complete end-to-end solution. With multiple vendor and technology support combined with high performance and scalable provisioning, service providers can rely on Conexon to quickly capture and activate new customer business.

TV & Video Services
Using Conexon's Product Catalogue, service providers can define and create customized TV and video packages for their subscribers. TV and Video Services can be created individually or part of and end-to-end package including data, voice and wireless services. This gives the service provider the ability to create customized service packages that meet their unique business and marketing requirements helping to maximize revenues. Additionally with Conexon's Managed Service Module, service providers can capture and store details of TV and video service packages for individual subscribers that can be easily retrieved when needed.

Self-Provisioning
Service providers can implement Conexon's Self-Provisioning Module to enable subscribers manage and control how they use TV and video services. With Self-Provisioning, customers can choose various TV packages they want to subscribe to and can easily upgrade to others when they need. They can also block access to certain TV channels on an ad hoc basis or schedule the activation of certain TV channels at particular times of the day or week. All this gives the service provider a powerful tool to manage the user experience in delivering services, optimising customer satisfaction and loyalty and reducing overall churn rates.

Bandwidth
With Conexon's QoS tools, service providers can enhance the level of customer service they deliver to customers. With the Bandwidth on Demand Module, Conexon reserves the appropriate level of bandwidth needed to drive bandwidth intensive services like Video on Demand. Network Diagnostics and Monitoring Modules combined with Conexon's Trouble Ticketing Module enables service providers proactively monitor the quality of TV and Video services identifying and resolving any potential problems that could escalate into an unacceptable experience for individual subscribers.
