High Speed Data

Interactive Enterprise through its flagship-provisioning platform, Conexon, delivers a range of high-speed data(HSD) solutions across multiple technologies including DOCSIS, DSL, FTTH(Fibre To The Home) and Ethernet.

High Performance
With Conexon's core high performance and scalable provisioning platform, operators can rapidly deploy high-speed data services including web, e-mail and gaming services across their subscriber base. Conexon's Product Catalogue module enables the definition and creation of HSD service packages and bundles that can also be combined with TV VoIP and Wireless services enabling operators offer an end-to-end service package to their subscribers.

API's & Gateways
In delivering HSD services, Conexon comes with a set of integrated industry standard APIs and Gateways that support the upstream and downstream transmission of information across multi-vendor technologies. Provisioning data services across a host of network devices such as cable modems, CMTS', DHCP Servers, Gateways/Routers, Conexon seamlessly integrates with key OSS/BSS applications including industry leading subscriber management and billing systems to provide a complete end-to-end solution across the operator's network.

Managed Service
In addition to provisioning HSD services, Conexon also provides a number of integrated modules that enable operators efficiently manage how they deliver data services to their subscriber base. An integrated Managed Service Module captures and stores all information related to the specific data services assigned to individual subscribers. This enables the quick retrieval of service related information whenever needed.

Self Provisioning
A Self Provisioning/Self Care Module integrated with the Conexon platform enables subscribers view and manage how they use data services. They can easily upgrade to a new data service package or view details of their current subscription and usage history.

Smart Scheduler
Operators either directly or by providing self-provisioning capabilities can easily schedule the activation and deactivation of data services using Conexon's Smart Scheduler Module. Together with Conexon, the Smart Scheduler Module provides the individual subscriber with the ability to manage how to use an operator's data services.

Pre-Paid Service
With Conexon's Pre-Paid Service Module, operators can tap into new market segments by offering HSD services on a pre-paid basis in addition to normal subscriber contracts. Pre-paid data services can be easily offered on an on-going basis or designed on a promotional basis like a "try and buy".

Monitor and Measure performance
A suite of QoS Modules including network diagnostics and monitoring in addition to trouble ticketing that comes integrated with the Conexon platform enables operators monitor and measure performance across all data services. Potential problems associated with data service delivery or associated network performance and capacity can be easily identified. A Trouble Ticketing Module provides for the creation of problem tickets, which can be easily managed and tracked right through to resolution.
