Conexon - Content & Access Management Module
Conexon provides an integrated Content & Access Management Module, which enables cable subscribers manage the content and access of broadband services.
This module can be offered in conjunction with Conexon's Self-Provisioning/Self-Care Module providing subscribers with a set of feature rich tools that enhance how they use services. They can add parental controls on to high-speed data services blocking access to unsuitable web sites.
They can also block out certain TV channels during specific hours during the day or block access to certain premium services. Service content and access can be easily managed according to the subscriber's individual preferences.
The module is to provide users with control over how they use their services so as to ensure an optimal customer experience, helping increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
