Interactive Enterprise was founded on the vision of being the leading global provider of service provisioning and management solutions for the broadband industry.

In realizing this vision, Interactive Enterprise develops and implements solutions on the premise of giving control and operation of the broadband network back to the each individual service provider. With the global broadband market moving from an early adopter to a critical mass stage, the number of broadband users is rapidly increasing across all global markets. According to Point Topic, total global broadband connections rose by over 37% throughout 2005 from 155 million subscribers to over 213 million subscribers.

With the increased demand for broadband services comes the challenge of delivering services across complex and disparate system and technology platforms. For example, many operators today are faced with the difficulty of introducing complex new feature-rich IP services such as high-speed data and VoIP and bundling them with traditional or legacy services such as cable TV across different technology platforms. With intense price and market competition, operators need to define and deploy multiple broadband services as quickly as possible while driving costs down at the same time.
