Paul McBride
Chief Executive Officer
Paul McBride joined Interactive Enterprise in early 1999 as Chief Operating Officer and oversaw it's growth from start-up to global player with strong partnerships and distribution network. He has over 20 years' experience in the information technology industry. Prior to joining Interactive Enterprise McBride was managing director with Cambridge Technology Partners, a consulting and systems integration firm, in Ireland. He has also worked at Irish and US software product and services companies in various senior technical and management roles. His background is in computer applications, with a B.Sc. from Dublin City University. pmcbride@iel.ie

Paul Monnelly
Chief Operations Officer
Prior to joining IE in 1999, Paul Monnelly held various senior Financial and Operational positions within the telecommunications and software industries, most recently as European Financial Controller and Company Secretary of a data communications company specializing in the transmission of messages generated from transaction-based applications. Prior to that Monnelly served at Director level with customer care, finance and operations responsibilities in the Electronic Catalogue arena. Monnelly is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and has more than 18 years' experience in the finance, telecommunications and software industries. pmonnelly@iel.ie

Oliver Finn
Vice-President, Sales & Marketing, EMEA and Americas
Oliver is responsible for Interactive Enterprise's global marketing strategy in addition to sales and partner activities in EMEA and The Americas. Oliver has extensive business development and marketing experience from working with a number of startup and leading multinational IT and Telecommunication companies both in the US and Europe including Marconi Communications, Gateway Communications, Ingram Micro and D-Link Systems. He holds a Bachelor of Social Science and Master of Economic Science Degrees from University College Dublin (UCD), Ireland. ofinn@iel.ie

Steven Lee
Vice-President, Sales, Asia-Pacific
Steven is Vice-President of Sales for Interactive Enterprise throughout the Asia Pacific region. He holds over 10 years of sales and business development experience across a number of industries including information technology, chemical and industrial machinery. He graduated from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore with a BSc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering with Honors and holds a MBA from University of Pittsburgh, USA. slee@iel.ie

Ronan Bracken
Vice-President, Professional Services
Ronan joined IE in 2000 and is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality, performance-driven solutions across IE's customer base. Ronan's responsibilities also include working closely with the IE sales teams and channel partners, such as Motorola and Comverse. He has over 16 years experience working in senior and managerial positions with companies such as NEC and Nortel Networks. He holds a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering Degree from the University of Limerick (UL), Ireland and a Higher Diploma in Computers from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. rbracken@iel.ie

Francis Reed
Director of Engineering
Prior to joining IE in 2001, Francis Reed worked for a number of Independent Software Vendors providing solutions to the Financial and Manufacturing sectors worldwide. Francis Reed has more than 18 years IT experience including a short period working in the US setting up a local support centre and over 4 years working in a Project Management capacity delivering Insurance software solutions to European Financial institutions. Prior to this Francis worked for 8 years in a Senior role for a UK solutions provider to the Manufacturing Industries.

Sean Ryan
Director of Technology
Sean joined Interactive Enterprise in July 1999, and has served in a number of technical positions. He is responsible for managing IE's technology strategy. He has over 10 years experience developing enterprise class software for the broadband and IT industries. Prior to being appointed Director of Technology, Sean held the position of Product Architect. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering. sryan@iel.ie

Andy Walshe
Chief Architect
Andy joined Interactive Enterprise in 1999 and is responsible for managing the company's product and solution architecture. He has over 9 years experience in enterprise software development and has a variety of senior development posts. He has extensive experience of working across the various Conexon product generations and OSS architectural requirements. Andy holds a degree in computer and electronic engineering from Trinity College Dublin(TCD) awalshe@iel.ie
